Refund policy

We think you will love your strongboy over shirt but if you do need to exchange or return your order we do allow this, as long as its returned to us within two weeks of receiving your order.

You will need to cover the cost of returning your purchase to us, unless you are exchanging or replacing your items, in which case we will cover the cost of this 

Please note that all items must be returned to us in as new condition and in their original packaging our plastic free packaging is designed to be used more than once. 

We are unable to refund any items that have been washed or show any sign of wear, other than trying on in a clean and dry environment.

Parcels that are returned to us remain your responsibility until we have received them, on which your refund will be issued. We recommend that you keep any proof of postage.
